Balaji has got extensive domain knowledge of his subjects and a star in ITIL implementation. My discussions with him was in all aspects of process designs, trainings and rollout. He himself is a good auditor and knows what could go wrong beforehand and starts acting on it. He is thoroughbread team leader and he is perfect mentor and guide for his junior colleagues and someone whom his superiors can rely on him.He is a great friend of mine and always helpful.
